Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the ceramics in their original individual boxes and use sufficient protective padding to ensure the items arrive back to us without breakage.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
